1.3. This shipping and delivery policy (“Policy”) outlines our procedures and policies regarding the delivery and shipping of products purchased on the Mumtaz Abdullah Platform.

1.4. We are committed to providing a seamless customer experience and work with reputable logistics partners to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your purchased products.

2. TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

2.1. Dispatch and Delivery Timeline: We partner with third-party logistics service providers to handle shipping and delivery. Typically, we deliver locally in 1 to 3 working days. 2.2. Information for Delivery: To ensure timely delivery, we collect specific information like your name, shipping address, nearby landmarks, and contact details. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information. We shall not be liable for delivery failures due to inaccurate information.

2.3. Delivery Attempts: After the initial delivery attempt, we will contact the customer. If a second attempt is requested, additional charges may apply.

2.4. Delay in Delivery: Although we strive for punctual delivery, delays can arise due to logistical challenges, weather, or political disruptions. We will keep you informed of any anticipated next delivery date.

2.5. Actions of Delivery Personnel: We engage reputable partners; however, we are not liable for acts or omissions of delivery personnel. Any disputes must be resolved independently.

2.6. Tracking Information: After processing, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and/or email for real-time monitoring. Tracking information may occasionally experience time lags beyond our control.

2.7. Delivery Charges - Pakistan: For all domestic orders within Pakistan, a standard delivery fee of PKR 249 shall apply.

2.8. Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery is available for local orders within Pakistan only.

2.9. Same-Day Delivery in Karachi: Same-day delivery may be available for orders within Karachi, subject to order confirmation, product availability, delivery location, and applicable cut-off timings. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by logistical, weather, traffic, or political disruptions.

2.10. Delivery Charges - International: International charges are calculated based on destination and weight. Duties, taxes, and customs levies imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are collected at the time of delivery.

2.11. Customs Clearance: Customers are responsible for compliance with customs regulations. Any fees, penalties, or delays caused by customs procedures are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. GOODS/SERVICES NOT RECEIVED

3.1. Definition: A 'Goods and Services Not Received' situation refers to where a customer does not receive the ordered goods within the expected timeframe or as described.

3.2. Eligibility: This policy applies to all orders placed with us regarding non-receipt situations.

3.3. Delivery Confirmation: Goods are dispatched to the address provided. Our delivery process is contactless; proof of delivery is provided by our third-party partner, which will serve as evidence in case of disputes.

3.4. Confirmation of Dispatch: We will issue a tracking number for your parcel, serving as confirmation of dispatch.

3.5. Timeframe: Customers must report a non-receipt issue within 7 working days from the expected delivery date.

3.7. Missing Delivery Disputes: By accepting these terms, the cardholder acknowledges that the tracking number serves as evidence of dispatch. No credit card dispute can be raised for a missing delivery once dispatch is confirmed. Please contact the courier company directly for transportation issues.

3.8. Contactless Delivery: The absence of a physical sign-off does not diminish the validity of the delivery, as the tracking number serves as digital confirmation.

3.9. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's duty to ensure address accuracy and communicate any discrepancies directly to the courier company.

3.10. Investigation: Upon reporting, our team will review tracking numbers and delivery confirmations internally and communicate the outcome to the customer.
